Terms of delivery of the online store

In effect since 1.8.2017.

General information

The seller of the products in the online store is GutGuide Oy (2436893-4). We sell our products to private people over 18 years of age in Finland and in the EU. Product prices include VAT tax. We reserve the right to changes in prices and shipping costs.

All orders are confirmed with an email, which indicates the price, shipping costs and products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation the customer must present an e-mail address.

Ways of payment

Products and shipping costs are paid while ordering. The following payment methods are accepted: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and payment cards. Payment is provided by Paytrail Oyj.

Payment service provider

The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit companies. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or credit card invoice and relays the payment to the seller (Gutguide). Paytrail Oyj has the authorization of a payment institution. In cases of complaint please contact the provider.

Online banks

Payment services connected to online banking are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit organizations. To the customer the service works just like traditional online shopping.

Delivery time

We ship products on at least three workdays. Depending on the banks this takes 1-3 days after the payment has been made. We ship the package as an economy-package to EU-countries.

Changes in delivery times are posted on Gutguide website.

Incase the customer does not pick up the order from the post office or parcel machine within the pick-up time provided by the post, Gutguide is not mandated to refund the order or send a new package.

Delivery options and costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. Shipping costs can be viewed after choosing the payment and shipping method. We ship the orders as a package or a maxi-letter. Only packages can be tracked with a tracking number.

Exchange and return -policy

The customer has the 14-day exchange and return -right stipulated by the consumer protection law. The return policy only applies to un-used, re-sellable products that are in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return has been accepted and processed, the money will be deposited directly to the customer´s bank account.

The shipping costs of the return are to be paid by the customer.

Problems with delivery and faulty products

If the products go missing, are damaged or the customer is delivered the wrong product, the customer is adviced to contact Gutguide immediately via mail (address below) or via e-mail

Gutguide must be notified within 14 days about the wrong or faulty delivery. If the package has been damaged in the mail, a complaint must filed to the post immediately.


We reserve our right to change our terms of delivery. The customer is advised to read the terms before ordering.

GutGuide Oy handles all customer information completely confidentially. Gutguide Oy pledges not to give up any customer information to third parties.
