Melatonin spray utilizing a patented microemulsion technology effects faster and is more effective than melatonin in tablets. Up to 80% of melatonin in tablet form is degraded by the first pass effect so the effectiveness is severily lowered. Melatonin sprayed under the tongue is absorbed very quickly and takes effect in 5-10 minutes. From the mouth the absorbtion is close to 100%.

Melatonin helps shorten the time needed to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag. It does not cause addiction and the desired effect is reached with 1 mg of use before bed time. The schedule of use is important and it should be used regularly in the evening and before midnight. To alleviate jet lag, melatonin is to be used in the destination before midnight.

Ingredients: Water, emulsifier (polysorbate 80), gelling agent (glyserol), medium chain triglyserides, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), melatonin, aroma (lemon extract) preservative (kaliumsorbate), acidity regulator  (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Usage: 1 spray under the tongue 30 minutes before bed time. I spray contains 1 mg of melatonin. Shake well before use.

Sweetened dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Please store out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Does not replace a healthy diet or a healthy lifestyle.
