Description
GutGuide® ProDiet is the combination of the patented Bifidobacterium lactis CECT8145 (BPL1®) and Bifidobacterium lactis BLC1 bacterial strains, vitamin C and resistant corn fiber, designed to support energy metabolism.
While diet impacts weight management, the balance of the gut microbiota has also been shown to be connected to energy metabolism and the risk of accumulating visceral fat. Resistant corn fiber passes undigested to the large intestine to feed beneficial bacteria, increasing the feeling of satiety. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism.
GutGuide® ProDiet contains freeze-dried bacterial powder, vitamin C and corn fiber. Free from additives and flavorings. 1 sachet (4.1 g) contains 11 billion bacteria. Note: new reinforced formula.
One sachet contains (4,1 g) 11 billion bacteria which is a sufficient daily dose.

Contains: 11 billion bacteria, 12 mg vitamin C and 4 g corn fibre / sachet (4,1 g). One package contains 20 sachets.
Dosage:
- 1 sachet per day with any meal or snack. Time of day does not matter.
- Mix the bacterial powder with, for example, dairy- or plant-based yogurt or another cold snack product of your choice, as the bacteria do not tolerate heat. Dairy products are the natural environment for lactic acid bacteria and protect the bacteria well on their way to the gut.
- Mixing the powder with water is not recommended, as water can easily damage the surface structure of the bacteria.
Store at room temperature (+22 °C) or preferably in the refrigerator (+4 °C) until the best before date. Keep out of reach of small children.
