GutGuide®BifidoMAX is a dietary supplement in the form of a chocolate bar which contains bi fidobacteria and lactobacilli for the gut´s wellbeing.
Dark chocolate contains loads of antioxidants (over 800mg/100g) and in studies dark chocolate has been shown to feed lactobacilli and bifidobacteria.
BifidoMAX contains coconut palm sugar, which has a very low glycemic index. So in other words, BifidoMAX does not induce a spike in blood sugar like many other sugars with a higher GI number.
