General information

Products of the e-store are sold by Gutguide Ltd. (company number 2436893-4). We sell our products to adults of legal age in Finland and in the EU. Prices include the VAT. We reserve the right to change product and shipping prices.

Ordering

Product are mainly ordered on the internet via the shopping cart on www.gutguide.com.

All orders are confirmed with an e-mail which states the price, shipping fees and ordered products. E-mail address must be given to receive the order confirmation.

The customer accepts the current delivery terms when placing an order.

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation via e-mail which states:

  • Order number
  • Grand total of the order

The status of the order can be checked though the account on our website.

Payment methods

Ordered products and shipping fees are paid when making the order. Our e-store supports the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. The payment is executed through the website of Paytrail Ltd.

Payment provider

The payment is verified and executed by Paytrail Ltd. (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Ltd. is marked as the recipient of the payment in the bank statement or credit invoice and relays the payment to the seller. Paytrail Ltd. is a licenced payment institution. Complaints should primarily be sent the seller of the products (Gutguide Ltd.).

Online bank service

The payment process of paying via online back service is executed by Paytrail Ltd. (2122839-7) in co-operation with finnish banks and credit institutions. The payment process for the customer works as any regular payment made in the online back service.

Delivery time

We ship products on at least three business days of the week. Orders within the EU will be shipped as economy mail.

Customers will be notified about changed shipping times on the shop page on www.gutguide.com.

If the customer does not retrieve the shipment form the post office or the post´s parcel point within the pick-up time stated by the post office, Gutguide Ltd. is not obliged to return the payment or send the customer another corresponding product/products.

Shipping method and shipping fees

The shipping fees contain the delivery and packaging. You can view the shipping fees after selecting the payment method and the delivery method in the shopping cart. We ship the products as packages and letters. Only the packages can be tracked with the tracking code.

Terms of exchange and return

The customer has the right stipulated by the customer protection law to exchange and return the product/products within 14 days. The right only applies to unused products and products that are in resellable condition.

To the exchange or return please include the following information:

  • your name, address and phone number
  • bank account number
  • a copy of the order confimation sent to you by Gutguide Ltd.

We do not accept returns over 14 days after the delivery. When the exchange/return is accepted the payment will be deposited to your bank account after the exchange/return has been processed.

Shipping fees of the exchange/return will be paid by the customer.

Problem situations concerning the delivery or faulty products

If the product has disappeared, been damaged or the customer has been sent the wrong product the customer should notify Gutguide immediately by sending email to info@gutguide.fi or by mail:

The notification about faulty shipping or product/products has to be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged during the shipping a complaint to the post office should be made immediately.

Other

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer should read the current terms before making an order.

Gutguide handles all customer information completely confidentially. Gutguide Ltd. commits to not releasing customer information to any third party.
