Description
GutGuide® ProDiet is the combination of the patented Bifidobacterium lactis BPL1 -strain, vitamin C and a soluble guar fiber to support weight management.
The diet has an obvious impact on weight control but the gut microbiota has also been proven to be linked to energy metabolism and the risk of accumulation of visceral fat. Soluble guar fiber is not degraded in the small intestine but travels to the colon to be utilized by beneficial bacteria and increases the feeling of satiety.
GutGuide® ProDiet only contains the freeze dried powder of lactic acid bacteria and maltodextrin isolated from corn works as a carrier. No additives or artificial aromas. The powder can be mixed as desired for example to cold drinks, dairy products, juice or other beverage or food. The beverage or food protects the viability of the bacteria until they reach the gut. The powder cannot be mixed to hot drinks as the bacteria do not tolerate heat.
One sachet contains (4,0 g) 10 billion bacteria which is a sufficient daily dose.

Contains: 10 billion live bacteria, 24 mg vitamin C and 3,7 g guar fibre / sachet (4,0 g). One package contains 20 sachets.
Dosage: 1 sachet (4,0 g) per day with meal. Mix with cold beverage or food.
Storage: Viable in room temperature until best before date. Store out of the reach of small children.
